Terms and conditions at Restaurant & Bar Tschadun
1. RESERVATION
The reservation agreement and any changes to the services shall become binding as soon as they have been confirmed by the restaurant and reconfirmed in writing by the client.
2. NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS
Please inform us of the definitive number of participants at least two days before the event. This number will then be invoiced. The restaurant reserves the right to charge a NO-show fee if there are fewer participants than the number definitely reserved.
3. OFFER
Our menu suggestions are valid from 10 persons. Should you not find what you are looking for in our menu suggestions, we will be happy to accommodate your wishes.
4. DECORATION
Our menu prices do not include table decorations such as flowers, candles, menu cards, etc. We will be happy to organize suitable decorations for your event on request.
5. TERMS OF PAYMENT AND PRICES
a) All prices are in Swiss francs and include service and VAT. The restaurant charges in Swiss francs. Prices in euros are approximate and will be charged at the current exchange rate.
b) The restaurant reserves the right to request a deposit for orders over CHF 1,000.00. The reservation only becomes definitive once this has been received. If the event is canceled within the chargeable cancellation period, the deposit will not be refunded. If the billing address is abroad, the restaurant may invoice 100% of the confirmed service in advance (advance payment 7 days before the event) or charge a valid credit card.
c) Invoices must be paid within 20 days of the invoice date. No discounts or rebates will be granted. If individual services are to be paid for by the participants themselves, the restaurant shall collect the purchased service on site. If this is not possible, the organizer is obliged to bear the costs if he cannot provide a valid billing address for the participants.
6. LIABILITY
The organizer shall be liable to the restaurant for damage to the furnishings or inventory and for losses caused by the organizer, its assistants or participants. In order to prevent damage, the installation of decorative material and other objects must always be agreed with the restaurant. In any case, the organizer must ensure that the material complies with fire regulations. The restaurant declines all responsibility for theft and damage to objects, clothing and materials brought to the event.
7. LAW AND PLACE OF JURISDICTION
Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction for any disputes is Kloten/ZH.
8. SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE
